If for any reason you wish to return your BINIBAMBA:

FOR UK & ROW ORDERS: please drop us an email at customercare@binibamba.com within 28 days of the despatch of goods. Quote your BINI order number & the products that you’d like to return & we’ll send you the information you need.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns on items received within 28 days of despatch. Products must be returned in a saleable, unused, unwashed condition with original tags & dustbag included to qualify for a return. The despatch date can be found on the shipping confirmation email that you will have received, please always check your junk folder if you cannot find this.

As we are a small business, we do not cover the cost of returns.

For EU customers we use a returns portal that allows you to select your preferred return option & generate the return postage. For UK & ROW customers responsible for organising their own return, we recommend that you use a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for lost parcels.

On receipt of your returned parcel, you will be refunded to your original form of payment. UK & ROW customers will be refunded in full. EU customers will have their return postal charge deducted from their refund. Please note that your original shipping charges are not refunded & you the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns must be sent within 5 business days of the email confirmation of your return.


In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a replacement product or refund & will cover all shipping costs within 14 days of receipt.

 

Can I exchange my item?

UK & ROW orders: We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to exchange your item, please return the unwanted item(s) & make a new purchase for the item you wish to order.

EU orders: while we do not offer exchanges, we do offer FREE returns should you wish to receive your return as a voucher to spend with us within a year from the date of the return.

 

How long will it take to process my return?

Please note that returns can take 3 workings days to process & then a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider. Please kindly allow this time period to elapse before chasing payment.
