USA friends! There is a lot going on at the moment with the new tariffs that President Trump has brought in but we're happy to say that for all orders under the $800 de minimis threshold (including your shipping cost) there are no import duties or taxes payable on any BINIBAMBA products ordered. None of our products offered to our US customers currently are of China origin.

For large orders over $800, we suggest breaking your order into smaller separate orders.

Despatch Queries

When will my order ship?

We work hard to despatch your snuggly orders within two working days of receiving them.

You’ll receive a shipment notification email as soon as your package ships with a tracking number. Your new arrival’s on its way!

During busy periods such as Christmas & Black Friday, we recommend selecting the fastest service & will always update our delivery page with the most up to date information should carriers notify us of delays.

Our working days are Monday – Friday. We do not despatch at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

Can I amend or cancel my order after it is placed?

Our in-house team work hard behind the scenes to get your BINIBAMBA to you as fast as possible and within 48 hours of order.

Orders received pre-12pm on a working day may in some cases ship on the same day & so order amendments are not always possible.

If you need to amend your order, please contact our customer service team customercare@binibamba.com as soon as possible including your name & BINI order number and we will try our best to help.

My order details are incorrect

We strive to despatch your BINI as soon as we receive your order which means that in some cases, we will not be able to update any incorrect details. Please email us customercare@binibamba.com immediately if you notice something is wrong & we'll endeavour to correct it for you.

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact number, email address & postal address inclusive of postcode. We are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect & the customer is responsible for any charges arising for items needing to be re-sent.

I can't find my order confirmation

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout.

How can I track my order?

When your BINIBAMBA ships you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number – please always check your junk folder for this.

I haven't received my delivery

Our team work hard to get your BINIBAMBA to you as quickly as possible & will aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt.

You will receive an email as soon as we despatch your parcel from our warehouse & this will contain the courier link to track your BINI’s arrival. Please always check your junk for our emails. 

You can also head to the chat icon on the bottom left of our Hompepage & click ‘Track and manage my orders’ in the chat box. Please always click the tracking number to see the most up to date information.

When will I receive my order if it contains pre-order items?

The expected despatch dates for pre-order items will always be listed in the product description. Please check this carefully before purchasing!

Please note if you order a pre-order style along with any other BINI bits, your order will not ship until all your items are in stock.

If you need any of your items earlier please put them through as a separate order.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

We take every care to ensure your BINI reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive something that has been damaged in transit or appears faulty, please immediately contact our customer service team customercare@binibamba.com providing photographs to support your query along with your name & #BINI order number.

We cannot be held responsible for faulty or damaged items reported after one month of receipt.

PERSONALISED

How long does Personalisation take?

Please allow 7 working days from order for personalised orders to be despatched.

Help entering personalisation

Personalisation is only possible for names up to 7 characters, due to the restrictions of our embroidery machine.

If the required name is longer than this, we suggest using an abbreviation of their full name, a nickname, or their initials!

Can I return a personalised item?

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised items, we are not able to refund or return them.

Will I pay import duties & taxes on personalised items

All personalised orders will ship from the UK. For any destinations outside of the UK & the customer is responsible for all relevant import duties & taxes. 

EU friends if your order contains unpersonalised items alongside personalised ones, we will split your shipment so any duties will only apply to the personalised pieces.

Large shipments

If your order is over 2Kg

If the total weight of your parcel is over 2KG, an extra shipping fee may be charged. This is unusual & we will contact you separately to arrange additional shipping fees.
