We get it... sometimes you change your mind & we're here to make your life easy.
We accept returns on items received within 28 days of despatch.
If you wish to return an item, just head to the relevant returns portal below.
Please note, items that are marked as Sample Sale, or that have been Personalised, are not eligible for return.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns on items received within 28 days of despatch. Products must be returned in a saleable, unused, unwashed condition with original tags & dustbag included to qualify for a return. The despatch date can be found on the shipping confirmation email that you will have received, please always check your junk folder if you cannot find this.
Returns can be sent using pre-paid postage labels which can be generated via the links below. After completing your return in the portal, you will receive a QR code via email which can be used at your selected drop off point.
On receipt of your returned parcel, you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note that your original shipping charges are not refunded.
In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a replacement product or refund & will cover all shipping costs within 14 days of receipt.
As a small business, we do not cover the cost of returns.
However if you select store credit (only available for UK & international customers outside of the EU) rather than a refund, we will top this up by an additional 10% so you have more to spend! Please note credit is valid for use from 12 months from the date of issue.
FOR UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EU:

- Enter your order number (with or without the #) and your email address.
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Choose whether you'd like to return or receive store credit to get an extra 10% to spend on us.
- Select the shipping method you prefer and you'll receive a QR code via email.
- Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point.
If your order contains any personalised items you will not be able to use the returns portal. If you wish to return non-personalised pieces from your order please get in touch at customercare@binibamba.com so we can help you further.
Return costs
As we are a small independent business, we do not cover the cost of returns.
We offer you the option of selecting store credit with BINIBAMBA, instead of a standard refund. If you select this option we'll give you an extra 10% to spend on us! Please note this credit must be used within 12 months.
The cost of the return will be deducted from your return amount. Please note charges below.

Norway - £17.00
Australia & UAE - £35.00
Rest of World including Canada & USA - £30.00
Channel Island friends... we suggest you return using your own tracked method. If you wish to return your items to us using your own tracked method please email customercare@binibamba.com & they can help you further.

As we are a small business, we do not cover the cost of returns.
The cost of the return will be shown to you as you create your return & will be deducted from your return amount. This will vary depending on which country you are in.
Please note that your original shipping charges are not refunded.

Can I exchange my item?
We do not currently offer exchanges. Should you wish to exchange your item, please return the unwanted item(s) & make a new purchase for the item you wish to order.
How long will it take to process my return?
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that returns can take 3 workings days to process & then a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider. Please kindly allow this time period to elapse before chasing payment.
