HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We want you to be happy.


If for any reason you wish to return your BINIBAMBA, please drop us an email at returns@binibamba.com within 14 days of receipt of goods with your order number, the products you’d like to exchange or return clearly specified & we’ll do the rest.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All refunds must be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. You will be offered an exchange or refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded & the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend a signed for service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels & returns must be sent within 5 business days of the email confirmation of your return.
Products must be returned in a saleable, unused, unwashed condition with original tags & dustbag included to qualify for a return.
In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a replacement product or refund & will cover all shipping costs within 14 days of receipt.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Please note that returns can take 3 workings days to process & then a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
