HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN?
We want you to be happy.
If for any reason you wish to return your BINIBAMBA, please drop us an email at customerservice@binibamba.com within 28 days of the despatch of goods. Quote your order number & the products you’d like to return & we’ll send you the information you need.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns received within 28 days of despatch of goods. Your depatch date can be found on the shipping confirmation email that you will have received.
On receipt of your return parcel you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded & the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend a signed for service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels. Returns must be sent within 5 business days of the email confirmation of your return.
Products must be returned in a saleable, unused, unwashed condition with original tags & dustbag included to qualify for a return.
In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a replacement product or refund & will cover all shipping costs within 14 days of receipt.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to exchange your item, please return the unwanted item(s) & make a new purchase for the item you wish to order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Please note that returns can take 3 workings days to process & then a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider. Please kindly allow this time period to elapse before chasing payment.
